Want to improve your department but don't know how?

Ian will visit your department, performing a clinical audit for one day.
 
On the second day, a presentation of the audit results will be given, followed by a series of lectures tailored to the needs of the department, as revealed by the audit.
 
This type of training gets excellent feedback, as it's targeted at weaknesses in the clinical service, leaving the positive aspects to stay put.
